At Heaven Star Electronics Trading LLC, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience, including when you change your mind. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling or returning your order, depending on the stage it's in.
Cancelling Process
- Order Just Placed (Not Yet Processed)
Changed your mind right after placing the order? No problem!- Contact us immediately at the details provided at the end of the page.
- Order Processed (But Not Yet Shipped)
- If your order has been processed but not yet dispatched, we will try our best to cancel it.
- If cancellation is possible at this stage, no additional charges will apply.
- You may also request help choosing a replacement product if needed.
- Order Already Dispatched
Once your order is on its way, it can still be cancelled.
How can it be cancelled?- It can be rejected or refused at the time of delivery.
- Order Delivered & Returns
Products can be returned after delivery only under the following conditions:- The product must be unused, with original sealed packaging and all accessories intact.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.
- The product must be returned to our warehouse at your own expense, or we can arrange a pickup with the actual collection cost deducted from your refund.
- Once we inspect and approve the return, a refund (minus applicable charges) will be processed.
- If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or not in resale condition, restocking fees may apply, or the return may be rejected.
Final decisions on return eligibility rest with our management team.
Things to Keep in Mind
- All cancellations must go through our customer support team.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days after return approval.
- Products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return once delivered.
